The price of the Eldar stuff is very unfair considering. I think it is due to them not really knowing what do with Eldar cosmetics but it is still grossly unfair to stick a very high RTC tag on them just because they can't think of other ideas to generate RTC for them. That is punishing the community for their own failings.
What he means is that Ork teef are rounded and skewy, non-symmetrical. With Space Marines, you could get away with making half a helmet, then flipping it to mirror.
You have to sculpt it in zbrush, retopologize it and make a convincing organic texture. SM item, you model half of it, mirror, make a half assed texture.
Bruh that like nothing. trow some substance painter. Model high poly, add details in zbrush, go to substance painter load some substances from substance share +2-3 others mask, export textures add to mesh.
I am guessing the teeth are more expensive because they could be used across all sub-factions? Whereas Space Wolf stuff can only be used on Space Wolves. this allows a Marine player to spend less on cosmetics that only one character could use, while still making him spend more for an Ultramarines item, and even more for his Blood Angel. This theory falls apart when you consider that many people may only have a single characrer though, so forcing Xenos to pay more for the same quality (and quantity?) Of items sucks. Has someone compared the total RTC cost for all cosmetics for all Space Marine sub-factions to those of all the Orkz and whatnot?
When you pay 10k for a helmet recolor feel free to complain. Till then why not ask @NoahWard rather than just saying its dumb.
