Those are about the chances of the Kannon shot clipping the rail if you don't brace because you don't want to get shot. The Grenades also sometimes bounce off something the arc showed it'd miss. While not all that annoying, if your using the Napalm one it's -very- annoying because if you don't hop twice you've killed yourself. Do it again and it's a guaranteed kill. Dey do need ta nerf da pirate Freeboota hat, because it is OP.
-Made it so that each time an Ork player is shot by a bolter, an automated cinematic of bolter porn plays for the Space Marine to enjoy which will always result in a dead Ork.
-Orks no longer spawn with weapons, Orks will need to loot them from enemies. -Ork equipment/gear have no effect ingame until painted the appropriate colours. The new ork Painta' Boy class will be responsible for painting everyone elses stuff, paint colours are limited and the brush will overheat if used too much. -Orks can no longer earn/use req. points to buy gear, all gear must now be bought by collecting ork teef to make it "lore accurate". Teef can only be gained by killing other orks, standard TK-autokick limit applies to anyone attempting to collect too many teef in a round. To compensate, the devs will allow Orks to mount a x30 scope onto their stikkbombs, so "da boys can throw dem more akkuratly".
If they nerf orks after this campaign it would only prove that BE has no idea what they are doing. I would hope that one ulterior motive for having every one play orks would be to show the rest of the community that orks are not op at all. LSM already have a Kannon is the plasma cannon, If you ask me its way better because it can actuall kill at all ranges.

This single race campaign could also be for those players who play one faction exclusively to find out how other people deal with Ork weapons and to see weaknesses that they can rather easily exploit on their main faction.
