As they're set up right now the Ork Kommando on UAT seems to use the same cloaking mechanic as the Striking Scorpion. While right sneaky, I'd like to offer another approach to Kommando Kamo. Model Camo. A set of Wargear specific to the Kommando that allows it to disguise itself as a few of the most common level assets. Things like: An oil drum A tank trap An enemy tactical/avenger/traitor (Warning, may lead to friendly fire!) A rock A resupply box (Warning, may lead to enemy fiddling with your pants. For optimal krumping affix bomb to belt buckle.) They could still use the same mechanic, don't move and you go into Kamo mode, I'm just suggesting ways that the stealth could be implemented differently while using existing models. I won't pretend the cloak isn't more versatile, but pretending to be a barrel is just so much more...orky.
It would work as a gimmick a couple times, worth a few laughs in casual play for sure. But after that, people would wizen up and simply shoot any suspicious object.
Images of Elmer Fudd shooting everything in sight come to mind. Be vewwy vewwy qwui-ut....I'm hunting for Kommandos.
I know. It's worth finding the asset though. Because then I can ACTUALLY suggest it while maintaining the adaptation of level assets
