Ork Feedback Thread

    Yep they overdid it with melee range reductions. I play with Eldar too so I feel the change from both sides.

    Regarding Orkz, another thing:

    - Electrified Choppa should be a regular Choppa "attachment" upgrade, not a separate weapon imo. It should cost 100LP to upgrade and grant +60 penetration. It could be right next to a 50 LP "Serrated axehead" upgrade that grants +20 pen. Seems more logical and user-friendly. Why? Powerklaw for example is an iconic ork weapon, while electrified choppa is unheard of, though it could be an upgrade of a regular one.

    May just be a bit of latency but last night when using golden fixer trying to use a strong attack against a d bash resulted in the d bash kick stunning me before my strong attack could finish leaving me with no combat option to break the d bash.

    I totally agree on this. It's just impossible to hit a target. They just have to kite or dodge and it's a free kill for them. If you surprise your target and manage to hit 2-3 times that's not enough to kill anything since they will simply Dbash you and kill you with their gun while you are stunned.
    I won't even talk about killing someone which is surrounded by allies...

    For the moment I feel that orks are very very weak. Everyone is better at them on everypoint (resistance, melee and distance).

    Melee is totally useless for orks right now. Well you can kill AFK and people who does not pay attention. And that is for melee focused faction. NOICE!
    In general doc upped all other clases gimped.
    No Range.
    No Accuracy.
    No Melee.
    No Speed.
    No Toughness.
    No hats.

    Killing your elites/veterans however you wanna call the rank5 new class, is really really hard.There must eb at least 2 people fighting him, and in 1v1's melee wise I always lose albeit striking him 5 times in total(not consecutively).They're looking pretty fine to me.

    Eh its more like all cool features are reserved by other factions making orks bad at everything.

    No comment at all on the waaagh mechanic? It's kind of characterful. The sheer speed is frightening to face and a joy to utilize.

    So I have like 5 minutes of joy in a match? Nice.
    15 min I'm gimped 5 minutes OK.
    Match is lost.

    If you don't like orky style of playing then why force yourself?Orks excell in melee and lootaz can rip you a new one if you try to get remotely close to them
  10. And it's only if the match reaches its biggest possible length, from what I understand...

    Yesterday, or the day before, we actually lost a game on Medusa because of the Waaagh. As Orks. As attackers, we were holding A pretty well while harassing the other points, but once Waaagh kicked in, for some reason all the defenders decided it was a good idea to abandon heir post and rush B (no CS:GO joke please :p). Enemy almost captured A, we took it back but ended up losing the match with the gauge almost full. Had everyone kept defending A we probably would have won. :(


    On a totally unrelated matter, I just realized some of our guns had a few mods already; the big shoota barrels look totally dope, gg art team!
