F2P will just be standard boyz; they won't have any unique attributes to them like the mek, meganob, etc. This doesn't mean that F2P players will be complete "cannon fodder" (although this is highly likely, much like actual boyz), but given enough practice and mob based tactics they'll be perfectly capable of killing space marines and otherwise if given the chance.
Again, judging from initial guesses and taking things at face value. Elder do indeed have a psyker, and will (seemingly) play slightly differently than SM, Orks, or CSM just based upon that art.
Even as a Marine/Deldar Player, I love all of you so much right now. This is getting in Character....I love it.
