I think it is mainly latency and something with the game, melee in this game seems to be a crap shoot. I can dbash someone and they ignore it, if that happens I know that the fight is going to be totally random and I just hope I win. Right after that I will fight someone and it works fine. That is why I don't even attempt to play ranged, I have unloaded a clip into people point blank for them to turn around and kill me, really crazy stuff. Not sure what the heck is going on with the game but from what I have read and from the people I have spoken too it seems to be a happening to quite a few folks.
How do you know it? do you compare the same weapon type? In most cases it is lag, because the game dont run very good, maybe for US people but not in EU.
All i see lately from an ork melee players is spam strong attack. If thie is viable (and it is) then something is wrong wit ht he balance. Since it does not work on loyals and CSM. There are numerous reporta that something is broken besides the sheer speed of it. I mean the issue when defenders weapon breaks instantly. Fast attack counter in many occasions simply does not work against this. And let's be honest at least to ourselves - if a lot people using strong spam only, and in my expirience it is a vast majority of ork melee players there is something cheesy in it.
