Orkz are sort of a Hybrid of Scousers, Geordies and Cockneys; so their accent is a blend of the three while their mentality is closer to what you'll find on a night out in New Castle. yup; but that's because a lot of fans of the digital gaming aspect of GW know GW for Relic Entertainment so they assume american game, american company. Really all factions in 40k are based on British Culture/British perceptions of other cultures.
