<Cha'ka> "I'll do my best Torturer, I'll see if anyone knows anything about those disappearances while I'm at it. If you kill anyone, save their body for me, chaos-worshippers and genestealers taste different then normal humans." The Kroot walked off in the direction he had just noticed a rather nervous looking Arbiter walk off into. He smelled of fear but looked like he knew the way pretty well, a good start for finding the black market.
Though as the Kroot walked just a hundred meters and around three corners, he already had found the Black Market. It was not even really secret, a small bazaar outside of a huge warehouse. Each seller being a robed person, probably to give each equality. But just as he arrived the huge door of the warehouse opened and a truck came driving out. It smelled quite familiar after Kroot and Vespid as it drove past him, toward the Industrial Sector. Whomever that Rogue Trader was in charge of this black market, he had influence and outreach. Considering that the Black Market is this free and the local authorities don't do anything. On the other hand it is well known that Rogue Traders can make quite some deals with Governors, considering the sort of things they get their hands on. Xeno technology, ancient imperial technology, Xenos themselves. After all through a Rogue Trader is how the Inquisitor got her hands on Ry'thss. Either nobody cared about the Kroot just yet, or nobody noticed him yet. In the distance, within the warehouse he could make a lot of talk out, while the small bazaar here had only seven potential customers, browsing through the twenty small stands. Nothing of true interest. Imperial Weapons and items only. The most interesting thing was perhaps the silver mark 4 Astartes helmet.
-Selina- Selina walked with him to the door. "No time to waste, I had planned to go planet-side, but the Valkyrie seemed to have other plans." Selina started going back to the Valkyrie, where the couple of Stormtroopers that came with her were already waiting.
<Cha'ka> The Kroot smiled as he walked around, walking up to the stall that had the silver Astartes helmet. "I'm looking to trade some Xenos weaponry and artifacts, tell me who will trade me the best stuff and I'll give you a small cut of it."
"Oiy.... Interested in your kins stuff, eh?" The man replied. "Better get a clearance or some sort of special allowance before you can look at the Bosses good loot in the warehouse - Where you will find what you want." Though it sounded more like a civilized Ork. Cha'ka could not tell, from beneath the thick cloak the seller wore and the bad light. Though even then it seemed Loki would find a home here as he could see the reflection of silver on the mans chin. Masks seem to be cool these days under Imperials. "So you going to buy something from me or not, Pechian?"
<Cha'ka> The Kroot looks at the vendor's wares, nothing he was particularly interested in, but if the man could help him get access to the warehouse, he would make it worth his while. "Perhaps, but first, how do I get a clearance to the warehouse? I have some specialty items I need to acquire, and it doesn't look like anybody out here has them."
"There are few ways.... 1. Work for the Rogue Trader 2. Be a friend of the Rogue Trader 3. Be a friend of a friend of the Rogue Trader 4. Be a vendor 5. Beat someone up who has a clearance, take the papers and use them." The man said with a shrug. "And before you get on stupid ideas. I have no such clearance, then I would be in there, not here, you wannabe Tyranid."
<Cha'ka> "Where can I find this Rogue Trader then? Or at least someone nobody will miss that has a clearance." The man clearly wasn't going to be very helpful, and inside the warehouse would be where all the good stuff was. Not just merchandise but information as well.
"Saw the truck that left earlier? Heading straight for the Rogue Traders personal Space Port. Also anyone else with clearance is in that building. The only ones outside I know currently is one of the high officers of the Arbites and the gang leader of the Black Claws. There are only fifteen such clearances all over Shermur given at the moment. Well sixteen if you count the one from old man Jux, but he had disappeared completely."
<Cha'ka> "Black Claws you say? Where might I find this gang leader? And he disappeared? That's odd, happen a lot down here?" The gang might have information about the disappearances, and if they didn't, well, he was sure Loki wouldn't mind helping him kill a gang leader.
