Is this a character you already played in some other RP, for he really does look far more capable than anyone else around here?
Thank you! Are you referring to my character? If so, Asher is on better terms with the Eldar, as he realises that he needs their help to survive the coming end war against chaos and the tyranids. I made it up on the spot (keyboard) yesterday? I am actually quite pleased with it - wondering whether I should post it on one of the fanfiction threads.
Having looked at both character, which I will admit I'm quite impressed with in terms of detail, and the comments... I'm going to list my criticisms: 1:Overall, I'm not sure if you're trying to deliberately get around the "No more Xenos cause Inquisitor is trying to be a Puritan" rule due to heavy mention of Eldar in history and elder stuff as part of his wargear. 2:While the history is good for a fanfic character, it also makes him too high powered for a regular character or even a super-special one. (As the humble Bloodletter in my system, just by the simple fact it is a Daemon means it WILL lay on the hurt for the team. And a Bloodthirster? If I got one out now, it'd be faster for me to say "Rock falls, everyone dies.") [Until everyone gets some good traits and wargear later on in the RP and even then, it's a real stretch without good preparation.] 3: I do need to know what every piece of wargear is for e.g. pendant with Rune of Isha, and I did set up a PM with you for the explict purpose of making a character (With my help/oversight, so that if you did want to do something special, you can talk it out with me.) 4: Also, it's painfully obvious to me that the guy might be/is a Perpetual, which I would put outside the range of playability (For a normal character, and even then they're a stretch for a special character.) So @Warsmith_Dantioch , I would request that you make a character who is more in line with the current power-level of the RP, and preferably one who isn't trying by accident or by intention trying to bypass my rules for character creation.

Introducing my new character: Name: Fredrick Tayber Age: 37 Gender: Male Role: Tech-Priest Wargear: Power axe, chirurgical (medical) mechadendrite, Mechanicum War-Plate , goggles, mechanical spare parts and a trusty bolt pistol. Appearance: Short and stocky, brown beard, wears goggles all the time and his red Mechanicum armour. History: Fredrick is a likable squat from the world of Badab III and a techpriest who wanted to sell his skills for any employer who would take him. He is known for his skill in repairing and modifying machines and can juggle the ocassional objects quite well, as well as his hearty sense of humour. He is quite prone to drinking lots of beer though. Of late, he was sent to investigate rumors of Xenos technology being in use by one of the noble houses of Tharsax III.
Slight misunderstanding there: House Harkron didn't develop antiseptics, but stole the knowledge of how to make them from House Ortisa, along with gunpowder. Note careful choice of words on the Governor's agent's behalf!
