Well, I've decided to try my hand at GMing, and given the dearth of Inquisition RPs and seeing as @Casavay has expressed reluctance to continue Ordo Chronos... I'll be running an Inquisition RP. Setup Everyone will be playing the members of a relatively Radical(Soft on Xenos, but hard on Chaos) Inquisitor's retinue, of the Ordo Hereticus. Year: ~983.M41 (Before Road of Blood) Characters I'll leave this character sheet here, and I will leave character choice open but I will say this: Only two Space Marines (No specialist marines, and no Grey Knights/Deathwatch) / Imperial Assassin/etc (All taken). Only one Acolyte(Inquisitor in training)- Not taken Max of two Xenos characters (All taken) Character Sheet Name: Age: Gender: Role: Wargear: Appearance: History: Example Sheet Name: Alicia Theanon Age: 34 Gender: Female Role: Inquisitor Wargear: Power Armour, Plasma Pistol, Power Sword(Blessed), Refractor Field. Appearance: Youthful despite the various fights her career had cause her to land in, Alicia Theanon's features of jet-black hair, indigo eyes and sharply defined face seem unmarred by her experiences, but that might be due to the quality of her medical treatments than any objective appraisal of their durability. The Inquisitor's general form is a similar story, seeming undamaged but for a horrible scar across her chest, a lasting mark from a Lictor. History: The Inquisitor's heritage is one of those aspects of her past that remain buried in the labyrinth of the Administratum, but what is known is that she was picked as an Acolyte directly from the ranks of the Schola Progenium, and served under Inquisitor Marlex until his untimely demise at the hands of a Chaos Cult leader who's name had been lost to history. Having taken the rank of Inquisitor due to her mentor's death, Alicia has yet to assemble her retinue and start her work as an official Inquisitor. Some Mechanical Details Dice rolls for combat/when appropriate, based on a d20. Everyone will start at the same power level for combat. (Barring a Space Marine/Imperial Assassin/etc, who will be at a higher level, but with penalties for dice rolls of a social nature) Traits+Gear rewards: Will be handed out at the end of every mission. When will I be starting the RP? Sometime next week, Chaos Gods and the Emperor permitting. Or earlier, should player interest be at very high level(8+ people). Acolyte Davarus Ventis excuse me...now INQUISITOR Davarus Ventis (so proud of that character and his pelager crush) would be here...if only he wasnt with the Ordo Xenos. Please explain the level of character I could roll up. I have interest in being an inquisitorial stormtrooper or crusader bodyguard. Also @Maleth I do great NPC antagonist roles. Just ask @Uriel1339 or maybe @Jorimel so if you need someone to help on that end I really enjoy fleshing out opposing characters and making them integral yet also expendable ergo, no plot armor. And doing Cult leaders and such seems interesting.
