Need the orkiest to be the top nobs and lead the little boyz around. No doubt we'll get an NPC world leader, but would be cool if someone could be the warboss on their own!

I looked into it and there are war councils elected by commanders, I'm not sure of the process of gaining ranks but there are squad leaders (commanding 2-10 soldiers), and commanders (commanding up to a hundred troops) and then the war council (which control the whole faction on a continent). Which is a neat way of doing things, but I could totally see the ork war council electing a warlord for fun if not in practice.
