A Sterius Hunting Rig consists of: Weapons: 1x Modular Rifle (Basically a weapon that can be modified on the fly (not instantaneously, but quickly) to avoid faffing around with carrying fifty different guns for every single scenario.) 1x Modular Sidearms (Same principle as the Rifle, only as a sidearm.) 1x Shoulder mounted Heavy Weapon (Same principle, but for the heavy stuff. Goes without saying it's rarely used given the inordinate ammo consumption of Heavy Weapons) 1x Modular Melee Weapon (Again, weapon that can be modded in the battlefield to suit combat scenarios. Thankfully, doesn't need ammunition to work.) Armour: Hunting Rig (Akin to Carapace, but environmentally sealed.) Integrated Wargear: Jetpack. Combat Visor (Auspex) Internal Medical kit (Applied automatically by suit's Machine Spirit when user is grievously wounded.) Background: Hetera Feriverious stands as a very experienced mercenary, having spent at least two decades in the business of shooting people, Xenos and so on in the face for money. At first it started as the typical runaway from home, not wishing to deal with the treacherous politics back at home (and so absconding with her Rig), but the sudden shock of reality, involving a considerable lack of wealth forced her to start working in order to make her way in life, lest she ended up even worse off than she was. However, Hetera's career soon become marked by her tendency to remain vaguely pro-Imperial in the sort of jobs she took on, along with odd occasions that she was contracted by a Tau Cadre or some other minor Xenos race (And only then when they were not fighting the Imperium.) Naturally, this earned both admirers and detractors. Appearance: Her appearance is often defined as unusual, given the dark purple hair, golden eyes and surprisingly youthful physique, slender yet surprisingly strong, given her line of work. Once of his last missions with the regiment was a special assignment to protect a group of stranded techpriests behind enemy lines. Unknown to him one was a Magos of some importance. During the assignment he was gravely injured. For his bravery and dedication to protecting the Magos, he was given live saving high grade bionics but he was required to serve as a Skitarii Praetorian bodyguard to that Magos for a period of 20 years. Upon release of his bond to the Magos an Inquisitor took interest in this man and began his process of seeing if he was worthy for the Ordo. After many a year he was granted status as a junior Inquisitor.
