  1. Tuska let off a relieved grunt at somthing to fight he reached back and grabbed his axe and charged at the skeletons. "Come on den ya boney gits!" He said as he swung his axe at the nearest one hoping to smash it to bits. He had no idea why skeletons were walking and he haven't even seen the supposed zombie horde not to far away as he was much more intrested in the things that were right in front of him that he could smash. Besides he had to let off a little steam at some point other wise he might just end up punching the ogre of the wolfpriest as an excuse to get into a fight.

    Fulke's incessant muttering was interrupted for only a moment, enough to exclaim something about Sigmar's holiest of bowel movements, before he went on with dogged and grim determination, voice daring to rise in the face of the Cairn Wraiths. Though steel held little threat to an immaterial foe, the Greatsword from Essen also knew that at the very least, he could defend himself against the wraiths' weapons. Unsheathing his zweihander, Fulke managed to somehow come off as satisfied despite the looming threat of death by the unnatural. Taking a low guard and planting his back against the wall, he took stock of the situation. It seemed that the Ostlander had been right to hold reservations about these villagers. His prayers faded once more and the veteran soldier looked into the eyes of those who now threatened them.

    "Know that Morr understands and will welcome you. Know that you will be free of the Vampire in death. Know that I do what is necessary, now."

    Kristoff let out s bestial growl at the sight of the unholy abominations springing to life around them. Mariah was somewhere in that house. He would not abandon a sister in arms to die alone. "FOR ULRIC, FOR THE WOLFTIME!" :)p) Hammer in hand charged into the skeletons alongside Tuska, Vorgen following a this side. He brought his hammer in a wide arc, hoping to end this fight quickly so he could search the house before the horde arrived, because if they did only Ulric could save them.

    "Oh for goodness..." Alozia sighed at the group, outraged and somewhat saddened because that someone had managed to make everything go oh-so very wrong by provoking the Undead this soon into fighting the band. Still, that left her to deal with Wraiths given she had the magic which could harm them.... So the Sorceress drew upon the winds of magic for her trusty Doombolts, then to thrust her staff in the direction of the Wraith that was not being dealt with by Constantine, hoping to smite the wraith so that it could know the peace of death.

    <Inn siege> @Maleth @Skarboy @Casavay @Jorimel Constantine, Sebine

    Fulke brought his zweihander up and it clanged against the Wraith's scythe, its weapon an ordinary steel one despite the creature's otherworldly nature. It attacked couple of more times but Fulke parried them every time and after one, as the Cairn Wraith tried to float around and strike from the side, pure black energy smashed into it and with a shriek, the Wraith disappeared into whatever hell it came from.

    Aloiza stood nearby, her staff smoking as the residue of energy slowly vented away, but then the Sorceress felt a sharp sting in her side as the Innkeeper, after initial surprise once more attacked and stabbed her with his crooked dagger, Aloiza suddenly feeling as if her strength began draining away (OOC you can kill the Innkeeper with your next post).

    While Constantine dueled the seconnd Wraith and Feuerstolz and Sebine stood by so they could help him, Khelandria used the inventory to block the entrance. She also tried to get the help from two local villagers who found themselves in the inn when the attack started, but when they didn't reply Witch Elf turned and saw both of of the villagers pulling out two short swords and with an ugly look on their faces, moved in to cut Khelandria to pieces (OOC you can kill both of them with your next post).

    At the same time clawed hands started hitting the door and pieces of wood fell off but the attackers couldn't come in yet, at least not through the door as all of them heard window cracking and a dark brown figure jumped in, its washed and ugly features and eyes filled with hunger quckly sought a target which it found in Fulke and the former Greatsword found himself attacked by a Ghoul.

    Tuska was first one into the battle and his axe instantly smashed one of the skeletons to bits while annihilating the skull of the second, the undead dropping dead (again). Such was his fury that five skeletons moved to intercept him and started stabbing him with their rusty swords, Tuska feeling pain of their cuts as his blood started flowing (OOC you can kill 2 skeletons with your next post).

    Kristoff on the other hand suffered little resistance as he moved towards the doors, one skeleton which stood in front him smashed aside by the might of Wolf God's hammerer. He reached the door and he could see nothing inside of the building for it was barely lit but what he could see was the zombie horde outside which was slowly approaching them, the promise of death clear on their dead eyes.
  6. Tuska continued to scream at the skeletons as he swung his massive axe at them agian his swing managed to cut one in half killing it for the second time in it's life. He then picked up one of the skeletons and threw it at the zombie horde watching it be smashed into pieces. He then out of blind rage attempted to smash though one of the building's window to get inside quickly. "Iz'll chop every single un of ya decayin gitz!" He said as he swung his axe at the wall that he thought had a window on it.
  7. "Okay, okay" Tugg said as he hurried to get up to the temple, something clearly had the young human scared, and something bad was howling, it sounded a bit like animals but wrong.
    Whatever i was Tugg was sure it was a much better idea to listen to the human, than to just stand on a hill, he wondered where this would take him

    Kristoff cursed loudly in some northern tongue as he tried to see into the house. It was dark as death, and he didn't hear anything in it. He wouldn't let that stop him though.

    @TuskatheDaemonKilla
    "I'm going to find Mariah, if the horde gets here before I get out, get to the inn and warn the others! I'll make my own way out." Kristoff then barreled into the darkness, intent on finding his comrade.

    Sudden betrayal was a feature of life in Naggaroth, but still the attack from the sullen peasants was a little unexpected for the Witch Elf. She berated herself for becoming too used to everyday Humans. Her wits had to be as sharp as her blades. She leaped up on one of the chairs and used the height boost to leap over one of her attackers as she sought to avoid their attacks, spinning around as she landed to draw her blades. She caught one as he turned to follow her, drawing her dagger across his throat and ending his life. As the other lunged for her, she used the momentum of his attack against him to speed the other dagger into his ribs. The way to a man's heart.

    Her ill-advised attempt to protect the assumed innocents inside had ended badly in one way, but at least she'd blocked the door, which was slowing the advance of whatever lurked outside. Not so the windows - as she watched, another of the beleaguered defenders was taking on a brown-skinned horror. Khelandria crouched on top of the bar, ready to leap down and assist wherever she could see another enemy. Her heart quickened. She had been afraid - afraid that the fight with skeletons would leave only bonechips and dry skulls as unfitting tribute for her beloved Lord. Now she had spilled blood for Khaine.

    OOC Couple of quick notes for the rest of the crowd concerning @matt23 & @BuriasDempsey part. I'm writing it here but it's happening couple of hours after the battle the rest of the party is waging. Mariah has been captured and she met Xiuhcoatl in the dungeons of High Rock where they had their small share of adventure. At the moment, they are being led to their execution - bit of info for those of you who want to read that part ofc :)

    <Morr's Temple - woods outside Eichenwald> @Grall_Stonefist @DeranVendar

    As Tugg climbed on the hill and stood in the shadow of the Temple alongside the strange human female, behind him in the base of the hill he could see a pack of rabid wolves coming from the forest. Even to Ogre it was clear these things were not normal for they looked sickly and dangerous, their fur nowhere to be seen and he could see holes in some of them as well, their insides open to the world. Although their state didn't make them look weak, quite the contrary - they were bloodthirsty creatures ready to kill and maim any living being that stood in their way.

    However they didn't seem to follow him or even climb the hill past the fence in the base of it as if some invisible force prevented them from moving after him, the confirmation of the fact arriving shorty after as the woman spoke. "The grounds of Morr's Temple are hallowed and blessed by the God's priests, Vampire's creatures cannot walk on it for the magic in the warding would burn them to crisp, so we should be safe here...wait, what's that?"

    She aimed her crossbow on the other side of the hill where a blond-haired human just arrived from the forest's road looking weary and beaten from the traveling. He was armed with a crossbow himself and a short sword but despite that, he didn't seem to spot the pack of dire wolves before they spotted him and turned their attention on the newcomer, ignoring the female and Tugg in the Temple's entrance.

    OOC leaving room for @DeranVendar to do his introduction, how he ended up in this place and so on if he so desires. There are 12 Dire Wolves in front of the hill and they are moving against Harold, completely ignoring Tugg and the female in the Temple. Let's say there is some distance between the hill and the forest road from which Harold came - he would need at least 1 turn to get to the safety of the Temple but he will get intercepted by the wolves unless Tugg helps him.

    <Major's house - Eichenwald's center>
    @TuskatheDaemonKilla @Keidivh

    Tuska would find that the windows nearby on the house were a bit above him and his axe strike did break the glass and ruined the wall a bit by dropping few bricks from it, but it became clear to him that in order to enter the house through the window he would have to climb it and spend at least couple of minutes doing it because such a feat was not so easy to achieve for a Black Orc wearing heavy armor, not to mention skeletons stabbing at him. Now when that thought occurred to him, he felt couple of sharp stings in his left leg and back, turning around to see the three undead footmen relentlessly stabbing him with their swords (OOC you can kill the remaining 3 skeletons with your next post). More blood flew from his wounds now making him angry and over the dim of battle he could see the zombie horde reaching the courtyard and seeing him, they rose the mix of their rusty weapons and slowly started to encircle him while also moving in to eat him alive.

    Kristoff and his wolf companion on the other hand managed to burst into the house and quickly saw signs of struggle in one of the rooms, the broken table and couple of items lied on the floor. However other than that, there was no sign of Mariah or any other creature in the house and Wolf Priest was about to end up empty-handed when Vorgen caught a scent of something coming from a nearby door and after opening it, Kristoff would find a staircase leading downstairs. Following it they would enter a dank cellar with lots of barrels and spare crates in it, while few candles burned on the walls.

    The place was quite big actually and far away he could see cages filled with...living people! They were in a poor state, barely fed and gaunt, and there was at least more than couple of dozen of them, both young and old, males and females, and all were locked inside the cages like some animals. One of them, an older man with a thin grey beard spotted Kristoff and his eyes widened. "LOOK OUT!" the man cried and gave the Wolf Priest enough time to react as a ghostly shape appeared from behind one barrel, a floating ghost of a woman dressed in black robes with a leering skull instead of a face.

    OOC Banshee attacking Kristoff is a mini Boss.

    <On completely another place...Crypts of High Rock> @matt23 @BuriasDempsey

    After the dealing with the Grandmaster, Mariah and Xiuhcoatl have been escorted by Sir Roderick and his Grave Guard further into the Castle, their "hosts" stout and not looking overly talkative. They moved in grim silence and this time as they walked through the corridors, the duo would see more of the Vampire's servants walking around, most of them being either Wights such as the late Jailor they killed or the skeletons armored in heavy plates, the remains of the fallen knights of the order still serving Grandmaster Obil even in their death.

    They moved lower and lower and eventually they found themselves in front of thick iron grates and the darkness beyond it, the walls around this chamber looking as if made by nature rather than by human hand. Castellan unlocked the part of the iron fence and ushered them forward with his big axe. After they passed he locked the door behind them and stood there with the quartet of Grave Guard as if wanting to make sure they would not try anything stupid.

    Bretonnian Knight and Saurian warrior on the other hand would find their original equipment tossed around the ground in front of them and they had all the time in the world to armor up because the darkness of the caves beyond them was silent as a tomb...
