The ship had found its hole, and was now making its way slowly into port, though a few scrathes and maybe a little home in the butturn would need a repair, it was easy to say that it had been a mostly trip with Samuel at the helm of the ship.
OOC: This thread cannot die! Reiner stirred from his slumber, did someone hit him with a hammer? Sure felt like it. It took him a moment to realise what had happened but events very quickly dictated the next action, namely running over to the rail on the ship and heaving the rest of his insides out. This would be a long day.
The ship sailed into the port and layed anker. But they slept through the night so they could get in to the city in the morning. The next morning Leopold was awoken by the Captain poking him with the croth he used to support himself. "Oi Tallyboy, i need you to go in to the port with a few others and find the ports trader, tell him we got suger for the english water, and 17 barrels of rum. Also, dont mention my name until you have done the full trade. Then as the Captain walked back up, he saw Reiner run for the the railing allmost falling over it in his speed to empty his stomach, and promptly halted over, while the Reiner was busy *detoxing* and pushed him over the railing with a light poke from the croth, then erupted lougfing loudly, waking others of the crew, "HAH BOY, cant hold yah drink," he said while looking over the railing down at Reiner as he fell into the water.
If theres one thing that sobers a man up, it's an early morning swim in the ocean. Only more so if it's unplanned. After surfacing and looking around he realised what had happened and swam after the ship, cursing all the while.
"Mornin Cap'n, permission to go ashore? Them Frenchies golds weighing me down and I need to lighten me pockets." Samuel calls from the helm.
-Jolee Jolee awoke in his bead with a miron headache. He acame up to see the others. "Mornin captain. what shall we do today."
"You can all go ashore when the trading has been done, couse will be doing the carrying of our cargo as soon as the Tallyman has got the price set" Captain Rogers said as he walked over and sat down on the stairs
Leopold yawned and rubbed his head as the hangover was getting the best of him, but at least he was somewhat used to it and luckily for him, his family was always famous for an iron stomach. He stood up slowly and had his list ready. "Alright, alright! Men, let's get this stuff unloaded! One at a time and careful with the sugar, don't you drop it in the water or it ain't worth a bard to sing at banquet!" The Prussian yelled, causing himself a headache and regretting to have done so.
It took several minutes of swimming to catch back up to the boat, but when Reiner finally did get to the hull of the ship there weren't any ways up. "Could some fucker throw me a rope? Otherwise I'm gonna have to climb up and that would mean holes in the ship!" He took the boarding axe off his and cursed again, it would be hell to clean this thing afterwards.
