If I remember correctly, it's something the devs would like to do, but it would result in having to create a whole new set of animations for how the character interacts with the environment, as if they were simply scaled up then their animations for vaulting, for example, would no longer line up with what they are vaulting over. Not to mention that you can't increase the model size without increasing the hitbox size, which would mean that nobz would need even more HP, which would no doubt cause another huge balance argument. Would it be cool? Yes. Will it happen any time soon? No.
If we are to believe the devs, that would be extremely time consuming and expensive. Animation work is currently focused on melee and presumably to some degree heroes. Larger nobz would be neat, make no mistake, but I honestly do not believe that they should be a priority over major systems like melee and heroes.
This guy won todays common sense award. To add to it, if they could do all of this then we would have terminators by now.
I restarted my ork recently and honestly I would have liked to seen a feature that makes your ork bigger as you gain higher rank, or even something like the more successful you are in a match you gain size
