Now Now, what you say is very true. they don't show work in progress content anymore, that is for sure, but i never actually realized how the streams have changed. I guess this is related to the "new" publisher. Perhaps are they scared to show unfinished stuff to the masses that can now actually buy the game. This is a shame really. The Xenos stream promised so long ago is not quite yet about to happen.

We shall see them soon. Less than 7 days ! I just know the next month will be epic !!!

The next month will indeed be epic(assuming both Eldar and Warparties will be released). However, I don't share your optimism about Eldar in less than 7 days. With both Brent and Nathan away for the Friday, I would assume there will be no stream this week at all.

I, for one, think there will be a stream this week (they haven't said otherwise), but apart from Katie I do not know who will feature in it, maybe they could get Christine or Ian to help? Though I guess we would require updates from their field if they did. I guess they could also keep the questioning low and make this a "gaming stream".

They could(after all, they did say that new voice teasers will countinue, so bringing Ian in makes sense), however, without Brent and Nathan they will indeed have to cut all the questions.

Unless they were directed towards whoever joins the stream ;)
It would be nice if at least Ian could make it, if they have finished the Eldar voices that is. But in any case, they could just make a 5 min stream, so that we could get a chance to win a few thousand RT points :D

So what you're saying is, if they choose to not show us for another week in a row, after saying "next week", they just blatantly lied to us, again?

Brent: "there was a mixup, we will be showing eldar next week."

    Yeah, we'll see about that.

Personally, I don't have even the slightest of hope in seeing anything big in the next twitch, since Nathan & Brent are both away.

BUT if Nathan has truly planned like Alpharius himself, the Eldar will be "Revealed" - somewhat simultaneously in the event Nathan and Brent are attending and the Twitch, where Brent will be substituted by Michael or Alexi.

I'm not sure where this extreme optimism flows from, honestly. Either you are a Steam EA buy in who doesn't know much on the past development this game has already had or someone who got their anticipation of the game destroyed and is in extreme denial by the fact that promises of what the game should be right now....just isn't anymore. It's literally not the same sales pitch from before when you first bought the founder's packs. Then you have them always delaying things until they finally say that most of the things promised just flat out WON'T HAPPEN. Then this stuff where things are still being delayed (major parts of the game), but hey...alternate colors for the already existing space mariiiiiiiiines.

People have actually paid $120 for a game that will not be what they paid for initially and to always be the first to know ANYTHING on the updates of this game's development. With the first part being mostly gone already, they only have the part where they get priority of info before anyone else and any WIPs. With this PC Gamer Weekender crap, this is no longer a thing and now they paid an extra $80 for NOTHING. As a matter of fact, the only things that people get answered from questions by the community is in the Q&A thread and the stream.....this is where ANYONE can do these things. Founders now have no reason to why they even paid the initial founder's packs for.

Giving them this much optimism has its flaws and gives them reassurance that if they fuck up, they can be forgiven instantly and have no consequence. This needs to stop and they should be held accountable for this much delay on ONE of the TWO races that aren't even in the game yet and have shown little to not enough info on what the "current" progress is for them. They are the couple of most important things this game includes and the game is "supposedly" to be released in summer of this year. So now founders have no idea on what's happening besides what the public...PUBLIC...already knows and...you know..."maybe next week."

If they don't show anything for actual Eldar development in-game this next stream, then there should be some forum posts of disappointment and wanting to see that info then and there. EspeThe Ork players should be equally, if not, even more extremely annoyed about this shit since they are the last ones to be developed. This optimistic "maybe next week" talk needs to end.

I paid for a Captain's pack (120 dollars) to be apart of the modules and early development promises that were made. The ones that don't exist and are never happening, because the original team promised things that weren't even possible. Super cool stuff.

The convenient reveal of the Eldar with the PC Gamer Weekender isn't convenient, it's intentional and I wish they'd stop bullshitting us about it. Wouldn't even be mad if I knew what to expect.

Oh, right, except for that part where I paid money to be put first for content development and be kept in the loop.

Except now it's on EA, and W.I.P assets are no longer being shown. Cool, don't want the general public seeing unfinished product, I get that. EXCEPT THERE'S A FOUNDER'S FORUM FOR EXCLUSIVE CONTENT LIKE THIS. No videos, no short stream linked only to founder's showing off W.I.P? ANYTHING to make what we paid for worthwhile?

I'm in agreement. Can we stop this Pseudo-Roleplay "Don't be like the mon-keigh" crap and actually grow some nuts and make a stand after this week? The complacency is killing me.
