Can I vox the Chapter Master's Apothecary? I think it may be beneficial to inform them of the plague discovery. That way the rest of the Chapter can be made aware of it.

We obviously know of the events, given we understand WHY Perturabo is baaaad.

Go and attempt to contact them. Given we are fighting Iron Warriors here and the intensity of combat, I can only say there might be internal shields or other devices jamming certain frequencies.
