I've got a message from the support, that the badges only have a different colour. When the badges can be seen, they are attributed to your account.

Hmm, I guess that means that we can still assume that the Arkhona Vanguard title does not unlock, right? Since the First Blood one does not sound like it should have an equivalent.

My support ticket covered only the badges and their colouring on the Join the War > Founder Sheet > Dashboard. That means, if you actually see the badges in that Dashboard, you have them.

That some or all of us are unable to select Arkhona Vanguard as Display Title in the Account Info > Profile Tab is another topic, that I didn't covered or mentioned in my ticket.
For what reason I didn't mentioned it, is unknown to me at this point.

Let's see if I remember to write another ticket, when I'm back home. I'll keep you updated!

Also, (and I think it's related) I've tried disconnecting from the website and logging back in, but still can't access the Founder's Lounge

Changing an existing character's Faction and Subfaction then pressing the Edit button again will keep the picture of the previously changed faction while the choices get reset to whatever you wanted to edit.

Also, unless I am really blind, I think there is no way to properly edit a character, other than deleting them and making another.

I've got a message back from support.
In short:

1. Arkhona Vanguard is a badge only
2. Favorite Faction will be fixed on monday's build

At the moment, the only titles available as display titles are those from the regular founders level and recruitment level as they are actual titles in the WH 40k univers. The Arkhona Vanguard is only available in the Founder Sheet as is First Blood!

My two credits on that:
As I understand this, the Arkhona Vanguard "title" is badge only at this moment.
I hope that they will give it to us somehow, though. Perhaps they could make the founders banner less RTP expensive or something, so we can show off with it no matter how many RTP we have as founder.
Buuut, we didn't bought our founder packs because of this particular title. Am I Right?

Yes, disconnecting from the main site should disconnect you from the forum as well. Either you go there and click on Disconnect on the upper right of the site or you can click here to disconnect (which is the same link).

For those who have a cookie with the login saved from before the relaunch, try using this old Logout page of the forum. Clearing the browser cache should help with the login cookies too.

Most likely this is related with your logout problem.
If you still have the problem of being unable to logout from the forum, try the logout page I linked above and clear your cache/cookies for *.eternalcrusade.com in your browser.
Also you could try to login from another computer/device (best with another external IP, so any handheld with eg. G3/4 and wifi deactivated should do the trick). This "magically" (no magic involved!) logs me out on my desktop every time.
