New peak 3000 concurrent players

Discussion in 'General Discussion' started by Kengur, Mar 18, 2017.

  1. No wonder people say here and there that they feel like crushing civilians. If you take your average yesterday every 4 out 5 people around were playing the first time...
  2. you would have shit loads more if they could get past the c++ 2015 error thats been around since atleast 2015. im new and have had no luck fixing the problem in over 6 hours or testing and research

And then they get ended up with a clan stack and after that they write a negative review and leave the game. The playerbase should be down to its sub-1000 standard.
  4. Sorry bro, can't help with C++ problem. You should file a ticket to the mechanus though... It's right there at the bottom of the page.

Clan stack is really strong especially over the weekends... I'm not quite sure why this happens, I took a merc position in one of those once, it's so boring you basically polish your nails all the time or roaming around trying to find yourself a kill basically. It's BORING! Normal skirmish when random people play and try to bunch up together is so much more fun in this game. May be they should just not allow groups of more than 5 people from one guild join the same battle.

Against new players that would be totally fine. But otherwise it would only go against the purpose of guilds: playing TOGETHER, having fun as a group. Latter is the reason why against new people that could be reduced, because fun in just stomping them wears off after the first one or two minutes (mostly around the time you stop wondering how this happens when you see their ranks).
And the reason why guilds are a prevalent thing on weekends: because most members have spare time then, so important events are mostly set to weekends.
Also nothing bars those players from joining a guild themselves. As long as there is no VOIP, no all-chat outside of matches and no real trainers in the garrison, they will always benefit from it more than anyone else could. They can have their questions answered, get tips, learn from experienced players, communicate effectively during battle.

On a sidenote, they wanted to implememnt seperate matchmaking for players up to rank 3, hope that happens soon, would reduce the problem on a large scale.

Oh come on, yesterday I played like 12 matches, not even one them as against clan team. Most people were new on both sides. So every new player with brains who play few matches will understand that its random thing..And we dont need brainless players anyway.

    New players be like -

"I paid nothing yet I expect everything, yesterday."
"I should always win every match I play and if I don't win (even when I have no idea what the objectives of the game are), the fault is with the game itself rather than my own skill."
"If I lose a 1 v 1 scenario the game must be p2w because there is no way I have less understanding of the mechanics, or less skill and that is the only logical explanation."

Steam reviews are turning into a right joke.

The in game chat is often hilarious.

Still - I enjoy executing you guys, repeatedly.

Most of the matches I was in we won with newbs vs newbs, mostly against orks and eldar :) So my newbs were pretty happy and we had a clear chat.

So many "Pay to win" reviews xD Even thought it does not exist. Developers should be able to take the review down if it is simply wrong or misleading.
