How much damage a melta gun and melta bomb can do to armor. Mean while orks have no metla gun or equivalent, and ALL of our anti-tank grenades don't actually stick to armor and get placed at our feet, which do significantly less damage, including our melta bombs.
Have you bothered to check the rest of the orks arsenal and compare it to ..lets say LSM?And really your zap doesnt even have a lazer... Nades not sticking is a bug.Nothing to do with balance.
Oh I don't know. How about any race having the potential to down a transport in 2 seconds except orks? If it takes 4 meltagun overheats/meltabomb applications to down a battle wagon or land raider, but 8 shots with a lascannon, you don't see how that can be juuuusst a bit unfair for orks? We already suffer from this. If I could wreck vehicles as fast as melta does, I would use hardly anything but. Just run around the map single handedly winning the game crippling my enemies spawns. It's far too effecient.
Yes I have. Our kannon does less damage then the zzap cannon. The kannon itself is simply an inferior version of the plasma cannon barring the anti vehicle damage. The rokkit launcha does joke anti vehicle damage. The lack of a lazer comes at the cost of obscuring our target so we can't actually see where we're shooting, meaning if they move even slightly we physically cannot see where they went. The only other option is the powerklaw, which does more anti-vehicle damage than the fist (I think) but unless you want to take 40 seconds to smack it, you're going to kill yourself in the explosion. Coupled with the time compared to a melta gun + bomb there's no competition. I can link videos if you wish.
And yet many a charge will still be reset by street lights, boulders, wall corners, dust particles, etc etc
