Didn't Miguel say that they had to run the gs,e st ten frames per second for the best graphics? Any video would look really choppy if they did something like that video with only 10FPS. Still, when optimized, it would be cool.

perhaps if it was a frozen frame no frames?

What it means is that they cant move the camera itself, as that to would be 10 fps. So no panning shots, zooming, etc. without looking choppy. When optimized, it would be fine. For now, fixed cam-shots or screenshots are the only viable alternatives.

you can rotate at 1/6 of the speed then accelerate the video 6x
