If you haven't added your location to the EC Community World Map Nasher setup, you should . Go to this thread and leave your username, country, a nearby town/city and the icon you would like for your pin. Eldar guilds/groups are sorely underrepresented on the map.

I've been gradually providing Sub-Faction icons for the map but good Craftworld symbols on the interwebs are hard to come by (because they're crappy and no one at GW loves Eldar). Ended up tweaking and adding some stuff in photoshop to the basic runes.

can't find Altansar's icon... i went with Beil-Tan in Singapore.
