Burny choppa doesn't need a nerf as much as a bug fix. The fast attack gives the same burn as rites of fire but the issue comes from power attack giving double that and power dives for stormboy giving a instant 100% burn. It's supposed to give the same 20 fire damage like the RoF with all attacks no only fast attacks.
That lloks more like a case of people not watching flanks and you getting into them from blind sides. I've had similar scores on maggon with electro choppa because the defenders didnt watch all entrances.
I gotta say I've done the same thing with a Chain-choppa with Lifesteal. Ragrescreama is probably right. Defenders don't like looking to their sides cause they think the enemy is only infront of them. Thats when they heard the sound of bones snapping!
wolf priest wep is actually a bit stronger just because it's the equivalent of a power maul while the burny choppa is only the equivalent of a chain sword... Putting fire on both actually means the maul is better by default as it can damage vehicles lol. Who's counting though no one really cares about that.. The burny choppa is bugged that's it right now.
Nerf the stormboy air charge with it. Other than that, it's fine in my book. Don't even use the damn thing anymore. Tried it one day on stormboy, got tons of stupid kills, threw it away because it's a broken mess. That ground slam burn is crazy.
I mean, my best game was 11k xp with something like 55 kills only playing stormboy with a lifesteal Choppa Axe. The fire dot should be brought in line with RoF, but honestly, the weapon itself doesn't net the kills so much as being a Stormboy/Slugga does. Really its just evidence of how good melee is. Personally I hate using low impact weapons anyway, choppa blades(and by extension burny choppa) don't cut it for me. I much prefer shattering knife durability with the axe or clubba.
