Hello all. So today I decided to get fit, but to go to the gym or start training I thought it would be rather fun to have training which is more orientated around the 40k universe. Now obviously I'm not going to spend the next 7 days standing outside a castle not eating or drinking as a test of my endurance, nor am I going to scour the mountains or fenris. But rather have some fun all be it hard training sessions which are inspired by the 40k universe. Like Squat bench and power clean combined 500kg Or 200 mountain climbers. Any other ideas are greatly appreciated and I will of course try them out, anything to make training more interesting. Also feel free to post if your trying to lose weight, bulk up or anything. Just thought it would be something different and some fun.
