That is a bit harsh and OTT IMO. bitch is a pretty iconic title to the world of sci fi. Also it is pretty clear the name is not aimed at anybody in particular and anyone who could be possibly offended by that probably shouldn't be playing the game to start with.

I agree on the first part, very heavily disagree on the second. If someone is livestreaming and always uses a same name while not being offensive why should they be punished for that? It only makes sense that they have a name you can search to find their livestream.
ya i also dont see why we shouldnt allow names like DjPenguin we will be heavy limited if only names are allowed that could be lorefriendly no other game does this so i dont see why EC should do it
It actually doesn't make sense. Society always punishes everyone for the actions of a few. I can't be trusted to drive while under influence because some people can't. Nevertheless, I wasn't advocating for it, merely mentioning what could be done IF one wanted to enforce it. I'm perfectly happy with some administrator periodically deleting some characters due to their names.
