Hi guys I have just applied to become a member of the guild and wanted to say hello. My steam ID is https://steamcommunity.com/profiles/76561198057783406/ As you may have noticed I am currently going for the longest player name... =]
On a lighter note, how do we continue to get new members?! How am I supposed to keep up with all the new people?!?! Cut me some slack here!! Seriously though, welcome everyone, glad to see MYST is becoming so big.. The core membership has been here for a longggg time, so I hope we can keep going and make it awesome for all! As for shit talk and trash talking at the end of matches the policy has pretty much been stated. We don't tolerate it, if you see MYST members doing it, screenshot and send it to Demetri or one of us so we can pass it on. This is important for everyone to remember. We are not a community that griefs, flames, shit talks or exploits. We are here to enjoy the game and bring our best to it. We are here to improve the experience of all our members and Eldar players outside our Guild. To that end, these things need to be taken seriously. If you're a part of MYST you'll end up seeing our approach to this game (Ganelon aside XD). This is how it was when we started gaming together long before EC started and how it should stay no matter the current state of the game, our opponents or anything else. @RageScreama I hope this helps clarify the procedure for complaints. If you have one, PM it straight to one of our higher ups, with evidence so we can deal with it appropriately. (Please don't spam it all in here, this is a recruitment thread after all~). p.s. Hopefully I haven't spoken out of turn~
Offensive, hateful, threatening, racist, xenophobic (towards nationality, not 40k races), homophobic, sexist, disgraceful and abusive comments including false and unsubstantiated allegations, personal attacks and harassment; Advertisement and commercial messages, direct or disguised, including comments promoting a product, service or other social platform not directly related to the Myriad Shrines or authorized by its leadership (e.g., Facebook page, Twitter account, Pinterest account, Instagram, YouTube and others); Off-topic and repetitive messages; Comments with content protected under the laws on intellectual property protection (e.g. illegal torrents); Pornographic and offensive content; Messages containing confidential information such as personal email, address, phone number and other personal information, and if you wish to deliver your own information, private message it instead; Content promoting disobedience and illegal actions or linking to illegal content; Any publication or comments which do not respect rights to confidentiality and authorship. Members who repeatedly choose not to comply with this policy will be banned. Informal warnings and deletion of posts and threads will be used liberally. Further reproachable actions or actions made in spite of punishments and informal warnings warrant a formal warning. Formal warnings are tracked and the third warning will result in a ban. If compliance is demonstrated, formal warnings may be removed from the user's record. Bans are directed at both accounts and IP addresses, and their duration ranges from a week to permanent, at the administrator's discretion. Intentionally offensive and outstanding transgressions may lead to an immediate ban, at the administrator's discretion. The Head of the Myriad Shrines has the ability to both pardon or institute bans. http://myriadshrines.enjin.com/foru...ad/12780747-myriad-shrines-forum-code-conduct If you have any further concerns, contact me or @Vuiet . I did see one instance of this speech last night, but the member involved showed me it was specifically directed at a friend of his. What he said wasn't all that bad, but I did reprimand him immediately until he had the chance to tell me he was trying to target his friend. So we generally police this policy innocent until proven guilty.
Took my sweet time, but after examining my future in EC and looking at my options, I put in an application for MYST today. My steam ID is... http://steamcommunity.com/id/-yvraine Looking forward to meeting you all!
TS is giving some members an error and we can't connect to the servers. Anyone have an idea as to what is up or a workaround? Much love! EDIT: TS3 is having "issues" I am reliably informed...
You said previously you did not wish to join a guild. Filling out an application is a step above becoming part of our community and expresses interest specifically to join the guild. As the application says, if you do not wish to be part of the guild but would rather be part of our community and included in community events, please do not fill out the application and merely register with the site. I just want you to be sure that these two mean totally different things!!
Oh, i'm sorry. Was distracted by bloody battle a bit and once i find forms i start filling them automaticaly, huh. But hey, now you know me a little bit better. So. Shall i re-register or we can keep it this way?
I need to get some war parties organized, but some folks don't use Teamspeak, and I don't want to leave a guild mate out of a good match. I would appreciate it if the guild peeps would friend me on Steam. http://steamcommunity.com/profiles/76561198004614614/
