It is. At least 22 years old. This is from the 2nd Ed Eldar Codex. @Dark-Knight that is pretty much all there is. There's another quote briefly mentioning Chaos Eldar on the Crone Worlds. It's a hangover from the Rogue Trader years when if you put milliput horns on any model and painted it weird you could say it was a Chaos warrior and no one minded! Here's the page:
That lore is actually extremely awesome. The way they describe even makes sense: Chaos Eldar, lost on forsaken Crone Worlds or re-created by Slaanesh to serve his dark purpose... ... Relicsega... Make an Eldar game now... Start as an Outcast, battle your way into the Eye of Terror and fight demonic Eldar enslaved to Slaanesh. That'd be the game of the decade with SM/Warframe mechanics.
And not be made in a decade, sadly If only the Eldar were a bit more popular, so they could get nice things too. Well, at least we aren't cannon fodder like the Orkz and Chaos in games.
Small announcement: as of now Demetri is the new leader of the Myriad Shrines, with Ganelon stepping down to a council position. The reason for this are Demetri's extensive efforts for the community and his activity within Eternal Crusade itself. Furthermore; my leadership was never meant to be a permanent one (done it before, never again), merely filling the vacancy left by Nate at the time. I will still be active, I will still organise some things, and I will remain within the leadership ranks of the Myriad Shrines.
