Also, we have a public Steam group that you can join here to come and game with us.

Leadership positions are dependent on presence, competency, and seniority. Assuming all goes well and we hit the ground running, then leaders will shift appropriately with the game as players garner experience, shifting to match affinity for leadership, tactical deftness, and in-game presence.

Secondary characters are certainly accepted. We are open to all who will fight for the Craftworlds. However, elevation in the ranks is also dependent on experience and those with less reliable loyalty to the Eldar will more often be kept in ranks as auxilia and combat support but will still serve in critical combat positions; we'll still need you! That said, if a secondary character player can promise presence for sufficiently long periods of play, then they will have a better place in being moved to higher positions or more lynchpin units. Sufficiently long is something on the order of a whole campaign. (e.g. if Velos who posted below became a well-known, skilled Devastator amongst his Space Marine compatriots and promised to play as a Dark Reaper for a campaign, then I'd almost certainly attach him to a lynchpin heavy support unit, and might later make him an appointed squad leader (exarch) or higher for said unit. Even if he wasn't so well-known or skilled, I'd still likely attach him to a more permanent unit and see how he works out with the others, just like anyone else.)

As this guild is more garnered towards both tactical efficiency and simply having fun, we will have both PvE and (of course) PvP. Our primary console will be the PC, but I will help orchestrate other console units if we have enough persons joining from that console.

I sincerely hope to see people of all colors and countries join and we will accommodate the units accordingly to have like time-zones near each other. All that matters is that you at least be able to speak English, although most of our membership is from the US or the EU. Younger players are an asset not to be ignored, so although 18+ is preferred, only maturity is required. If you are unsure because of this requirement, then join the site, meet with the community, and if we appreciate you nonetheless then there will be no question accepting you.

For clarification, the Myriad Shrines Guild is a separate but integral part of the Myriad Shrines Community. One does not have to be an Eldar player to join the community, and joining the community carries no obligations. There is no application to join the community, and all one needs to do is register with the site. Filling out the application indicates one wishes to join the guild, and thus wishes to become a part of a serious - but fun-oriented - Eldar-specific guild in Eternal Crusade. If someone is in the community, that does not make them part of the guild, but being in the guild does imply that they are also part of the community. Carrying the MYST guild tag indicates one is in the guild, and by extension, the community as well.

Those wishing to play other games sooner should also join. We are playing other games such as DoW, Space Marine and later will play other games for more direct practice such as Planetside 2 or one of the Battlefield games.

Dark Eldar players are welcome to join our fight as well, at least until you leave us when the Dark kin are added to the game. ^_^

Hi, i'm 14, but depending on when eternal crusade comes out, will be either 15 or 16. I'm not a pc gamer and play on the xbox often. I was wondering how guilds work, as im not familiar with pc related gaming.
