Does anyone else agree that weapon muzzle flash animations need to be faster? Instead of it being like a gasoline flame burping out of the weapon it should be a near split second flash. It's just muzzle flashes constrict my view while in the heat of battle. Especially for the Ork weapons.
The muzzle flash animation doesn't bother me as such. The flash blinding the user, though, yes. A little less would greatly improve my playing experience.
exactly its pretty hard to keep track of the enemy with the flashes or maybe they just need to move the camera somewhat higher so we can look over the ork
Heavy bolter and plasma gun are virtually blinding. Astartes helmet lenses filter out this kind of visual noise so they can better focus in battle, I feel this should be better represented in the game.
I think orks are getting the worst of muzzle flashes. Combined with the spread, it's very very hard to track anyone or anything.
I can't see my target when playing orks, I just have to go by the red crosshair, can't even see which way they're running :/
Unless you just dakka, because you can't tell where the target is, but you're sure it was before you a sec ago. I've died too many times because I couldn't see what I'm shooting at as shoota boy.
I've complained about the visual noise on the muzzle flash for over a year now. Simple solution is to speed it up and reduce the size of the flash by around 20-25% it's he reason I favor melee since I can actually see what I'm attacking.
