More than one loadout per class?

At the same time it also adds a new layer of strategy when you have to pick things before hand. Not being able to do everything at anytime is kind of interesting. I think it could lead to more diversity in scenarios.

Edit: also means you have to think outside the box to handle situations instead of just going for the easy option. Good example in battlefield was when I had to take out an apc and the only weapon i had that would do the job was an anti tank mine. I snuck behind him mined his retreat then snuck to his front and charged him like i had a c4 pack. He backed up and win for me :)

At the same time it severely restricts players in how they are able to play the game by making them choose a very limited number of what could be hundreds or more of possible load-outs per class just to force players to communicate and use more teamwork than they otherwise might, rather than leaving it at/using things like XP rewards and class synergies to reward and thus encourage players to communicate and use more teamwork.
