This thread isn't about the severity of their punishments or the regularity of their contact. It's about the consistency of their moderations. There is little point deleting one post with bad language while you leave 500 others unaccounted for. You either delete them all or leave them all. The same goes for abusive, threatening or off topic posts etc.
I hope you dont count those "YOU UNDERDEVELOPED MONKEY/YOU FUC**** XENOS" types of comments. Cause this is 40k. And if you understand people even a little, there are so many differences, one can take some amount of offensive comments, cause why would you give a shit if that person has no idea who you are. Some people get offended by the fact that you are more inteligent, and start doing the same, again and again. Some are even worse. Just try to see it in big picture, maybe that offensive argument has its place. Like if someone acts like total a**, than why not tell him? And if you see any bad behaviour, just report that post and explain it. None of the mods is Sauron and cant see everything. Act like men and have some pride. Dont be a rainbow eater/whatever, and dont automatically make /thread about everything. Problem solved. (This post was not targeted for you, but for most people as well)
I'd like to see the forum rules upheld. I'd like the moderation to be consistent. I'd also like some input from our community manager, who is paid to be our community manager. Yes, I'd like to see people banned if they do nothing but troll and harass other forum users. Also I don't agree with that "free time" argument, that is simply not true. If you are in a supervising or lead something position you are expected to do more than the average employee. You also get compensated for this more than the average employee. And please don't strawman this, every normal person pretty much understands what this means. I don't expect 24/7 coverage from anybody, but if you think these forums are well moderated or even functional source of information and good conversation I don't think we're reading the same forum...
My main point is that so much of this salt and rage could be mitigated right here on these forums so easily but it's not happening and I don't understand why?
