This is the question that interested me the most: That's a LOT of vehicles =D. This would of course include bikes and jetbikes as well, we'll be seeing Landspeeders and Vypers then, and Deffkoptas .
In regards to this, it could be worth while checking out Fantasy Flight Games rulebooks for some of the more individually focused Space Marine abilities. According to the rules they are amphibious, meaning, even without armour, they can breathe underwater. Besides, if everyone has their helmets default on and perhaps a "do not display helmet" option then, even if a character is "not wearing" it, it would make sense that everyone could breathe underwater anyway. Some might question Orkz, as most of them tend not to wear sealed helmets, however, if they see 'Umies and Pointy Eared Gitz breathing underwater then 'Stanz ta reason dat Orkz can do it too!'. Thanks to the handy plot tool that anything Orkz believe will work, will, then it would make sense that they can breathe underwater after seeing others do it. It's worth noting that some people don't consider a lot of FFG's stuff to be canon, but hey, if GW gives it the go ahead then it makes sense. Also, if you guys somehow manage to include the fact that Space Marines that still have their Betcher's Gland (ie not Black Templars) can spit acid, I will love you forever!

He mentioned water vehicles earlier. I wasn't sure if he was referencing the same thing or if he was wondering about infantry-water interactions, either way I thought it'd be a handy bit of info.

I'm thinking/hoping it's similar to WoWs armour "health" where as after a while it gets damaged and needs repair. E.g. some kind of armour indicator where green gets you full stats, orange gets you 50% stats and red means 10% stats or something similar to that.

4chan have different boards: all board have different population and behaviour. /tg/ is the board dedicated to traditonal games: tabletop and pen & paper rpg. and the most discussed tabletop on /tg/ is war 40k, so is one of the biggest if not the biggest place cecked by war 40k fans (a lot of people lurk for find info leak and pdf/scan of the codex). so if someone want to talk to war 40k fans (that also have interest in videogame) is the best place.
