Yeah that's busted Titans are supposed to be gigantic machines of death and destruction. Machines that are warred and fought over. Why the hell does a single squad even close too that amount of firepower?
Well think of it this way, a Primarch is 400 pts, receives Instant Death against anything that is not a Force Commander or stronger, and receives 20 attacks on the charge. So, balance is kinda thrown out the window anyway. Oh, and they have a bare minimum of 12 wounds.

There's a reason Auxilia are banned from TT, my case has been rested. (If you think Auxilia are OP, you should look at the Mechanicus 30k Codex, holy shit the amount of squad wipe weapons they receive is insane)
This is probably why I never bothered with the TT Everything is super fucked. And totally biased toward Imperium
Trust me, you don't want to replay the Horus Heresy massacure scene on TT against Primarchs...the amount of "no saves" allowed combat makes you instant rage. I don't think they've redone any non-Imperial factions yet for 30k so there's no direct correlation if it's just IoM that gets OPed.
