    Jim turned his head over to other Jim "Well you know i've always liked orks. You got your Gargant today, always loved the look of that thing." He said He looked down again at his army admiring the custom models that made up the majority of it, he then glanced down to his Warboss which he named Wugbakk Emprra-Smasha and admired the modal for a moment. He then looked at Rico. "ah it's ok man, you finish theme when you want to finish them." Jim then realized that he forgot to set his most powerful models, he felt stupid when he realized it, he then reached down under the table were he set his boxes and bags for his orks a faint rustling of a plastic bag could be heard for a moment, he then came back up from under the table with an ork Gargant in one hand and a Battle wagon with a Lofta-Droppa in the other. He then moved a few units around to make room for them and then set them down on the table.

    "Well Rico, if I was to guess...I'd say that the rokkit would be super lucky so it'd go where it needs too, and it'd explode better." he answered back to Rico's hypothetical question, "it would have been nice to see your Orks, man. Always liked them the most. Something about them speaks too me you know? They're having fun doing what they do, and that's ultimately what I want too. If it wasn't for the them, I'd probably never would have gotten into this whole 40k thing. Everything else seems like it's just trying too hard to be serious or gritty. At least the Orks are fun."

    @Vulpas

    He looked over at Vulpas as he piped in with his own answer, "Yeah blue means lucky, but yellow means bigger explosions for explosives painted yellow. So if it was painted both blue and yellow, it'd have like a weird half and half, I think. It wouldn't explode as big as a mono yellow colored rokkit, and it wouldn't be as lucky as a single colored blue one. Guess it'd depend on how much blue or yellow is used.

    He looked back over to the rest of the group, the so called "Major" and his Guardsmen was there, alongside Alicia with her Dark Eldar, Richard with his Daemons, Vulpas with his hodgepodge of an Imperial Strikeforce. He always tried to be friendly with the group he played with. Just trying to have fun with a group of people he liked. Even if the Major just seemed to have a stick up his ass. It just reminded him to never get involved with the Military. Jimbo had a lot of respect for the man, but he took everything too seriously. Even for this game it seemed.

    @SpaceHulk

    As Other Jim put his own Gargant of the field he smiled as he looked at it.

    "So, should the two of our Gargants go all rock 'em sock 'em robots on each other, or should we just stomp everything else flat with them first?"
  3. @Vulpas @GobMaw_HellSmasha
    "Yeah blue is luck but yellow makes things explode bigger but I do like that critical hits idea."He then turned to Jimbo "I always have liked the orks and their care free spirit about war and violence but chaos has always been a close favorite of mine and besides when I started this I really didn't want to have to buy and paint so many models I mean my love of Orks has its limits when I'm painting 30 boys for half the day and I haven't even started on the vehicles."

    Rico decided he might as well get his army onto the actual battlefield and got Tusk first and placed him in the center of where he wanted to put the majority of his other daemons and placed Joe in the rear of the Chaos space marine infantry force and just placed the remaining vehicles behind the mass of infantry. As a final touch he placed a few cultists in front of everything to act as a human shield of sorts as basically somthing to prevent the more important troops from being hit first. He never really was much for fine tuned strategy though he tried from time to time and usually failed almost every time so brute force seemed to be his forte when it came to these things and it is hard to mess up brute force.

    Jim smiled at thought of the two Gargants on a one on one"Ye dude that be awesome." He then looked down to his Gargant focusing on the huge fists on either side of it. "Lets just hope no one else destroys them first." he said this in a way which basically meant Don't destroy them or we're going to have a problem.
  5. @TuskatheDaemonKilla

    "Eh, suit yourself mate." he said, shrugging, "I don't mind Chaos, I like how they look and all that, but they just seem like evil clones of space marines too me. They're not too different looking, They just look pointier and eviler. I think the Daemons are really what make them unique and interesting. My plan to field Looted blood letters was sort of shot down. Major said it didn't make sense, I said Orks don't need need to make sense. So I just let it go."

    He reached down from under the table into his bin of miniatures he brought with him, and placed dual looted carnifex's on the field.

    "Was able to get away with fielding these bad boys though. Gives me an excuse to use some of my second favorite faction units with my favorite factions army. If I had too choose between a looted daemon, or some looted Tyranids, I'd have to go with the Nids personally. I did want to spring these guys on everybody in secret later on. But hell, it's not like they're something I haven't used before. Besides, there's other things I can use for surprises later."

    @SpaceHulk

    He chuckled a bit and looked toward the two Gargants and then back toward other Jim.

    "Just means we have to have the two of them duking it out early. Or we just risk it and have the two them stomp everyone else first so we can go all punch bots in peace."

    @GobMaw_HellSmasha

    He looked back up to other Jim.
    "Maybe we should just stomp everyone else first, and just keep the Gargants a safe distance away." He started to ponder about who he should attack first and what tactics he should use, he could not surround and army in the first turns so he kept thinking to himself on what to do.
  7. @GobMaw_HellSmasha
    Rico looked back at Jimbo once he's done setting up deployment. "Well duh their name is literally chaos space marines and besides I plan on mostly using daemons anyways like you said they're more interesting I mean just look at them. And those looted Bloodletters make absolutely no sense but like you said orks don't need to make sense as for the nids though I've never really gotten into them other than a few thoughts about making a looted Trygon or somthing."

    @SpaceHulk
    Seeing an opportunity to change the subject Rico raised his voice to a more comical tone"Hey Jim don't get so cocky I didn't name my Bloodthirster the Butcher of Overconfidence for nothing!" Rico smiled and pointed off to his assembled daemon horde while not quite as numerous as Jim's they certainty were not going to go down easily. "I might not be the best but we all know if you throw enough mud at a wall eventually some of it is going to stick and the mud I'm throwing comes from the Brass Fortress." He laughed at himself for saying that he had been reading too much lore in his spare time agian.

    Jim was continued staring at his army with an almost unblinking gaze "Well we'll just see about that." He starded to adjust a few figurw that had fallen over on the terrain, he began to think to himself "Brass fortress my ass, I bet no ones gonna beat me." He went under the table again and pulled out a small tub of red and black dice, a few of them were rigged to always land on fives he used them only when he's in a particularly big battle. he had never used them on his friends before so he was kinda regretting using them.
  9. @SpaceHulk
    "Yeah I guess we'll all see once everyone gets ready." Rico sat back down and just waited for the game to start. He even brought out his phone and started to read the rules to refresh himself in basic strategy so he atleast had some idea of what he's doing.

    @Casavay & @Maleth

    The idea of the trio was to meet up just around the corner of the game store, so they could march in together, making sure to play in the same game, or at least similar lengths and all that good typical stuff. Agent Temporalis was in maintenance for the day anyhow, so why not spend it playing some wargame scenarios? He had a fresh XV-8 Crisis Team in his suitcase that wanted to get a trio-deployment and a couple of Broadsides that were eager to do some tank-hunting. Everyone who knew him, knew also that he played more for fun than to win. After all what Tau Empire player has no Kroot ever?

    He tapped his foot as he waited at their usual waiting spot near the store. Of course everyone was always late on Wolfgang-time, given he was to all and everything 15 minutes early. Then finally the Dark Eldar Lordess came into sight. Shamelessly he waved and yelled to the woman in the distance. "Get over here already Alicia! We are missing out on all the fun! And where is Percy? Don't tell me she overslept!"
