Same here. Not planning on the refund. Even if I dont like the developers. I like the universe...so I just have no choice but to rely on them. But ill keep publicly poking them with a stick, when I see them playing dirty. Public image is the only thing, that can influence them, after all.

Just out of interest, how does one go about getting a refund; do you have to go through support?

Has steam said why the keys are taking so long?

Even if you take into account this random shit about the first wave being split into three (which wasn't communicated at all) it's still not date driven.

We now know why Electronic Arts pulled all their games from Steam and only sell them on the EA Origin site.
Say what you will about EA, but that was the smartest decision they made.
The keys to their own game stay in their own hands and not Steams.
Gabe Newell is probably dancing around a volcano with them, and drooling on them or worse before he gives them to BE.
