Dont worry about this to much. No one demands of you to know all the facts about what happened in the development of the game in the past year. Just be more open minded. Dont assume that people rage without the reason. Most of us do have a reason. And way more, than just one. Many of us accumulated months of grudges against the team. One bad move here, another one there...and it adds up.
Probably because they feel like they're not getting what they paid for, and they want their money back rather than waiting to see what happens. Considering this probably won't be fixed any time soon.
