Using my numbers I predicted the regular Fusion Pistol won't break 16 damage per tick and the Mastercrafted Fusion Pistol will, and this was borne out in testing.

I also predicted the Warp Furnace Multimelta wouldn't break 68 damage per tick and this was also borne out in testing. So, I'm fairly confident I'm on the right track with it.

You're doing very well to count the ticks, by the way, given how rapidly they appear on-screen. I would note that my own numbers for that only go from 11.11 to 13.85, so not hugely different to your 10.
