Watching the video and looking at the ground in front of the Apo it seems that the flashlight on the shoulder is working just can't see it very well due to time of day or unfinished effect. I figure the Narthecium will have damage like the knife just with added poison effect. A hit and dodge kind of weapon. How well can it block incoming attacks is another question.
