I have a male Quarian exile (Sentinel) with a Dark past, a female Batarian Enforcer(Soldier) whose done everything from slaving to drug trade, and just thought of a male or female Drell Assassin (Infiltrator) on a mission from the Hanar to join a Merc ground (reason is hidden). Best part of Mass Effect are the abundance of choices!
A Batarian Female... I can't even... It is up to you, no need for anyone to switch because of someone else's choice.
Did my home work on the batty females. They're not high on the hegemony's totem poll and are expected to raise children while the malefolks go off pillaging and slaving. The only women who are seen outside of Batarian Space are members of Pirate groups and are not treated as female. Usually, and sadly, this is a sign of sterility or social rebellion.
Aria takes over at least decades before the Mass Effect series. From the ME wiki: The earliest known ruler of Omega was a turian; he controlled the station until he was killed by a krogan crimelord who ate his heart and wore his skull on his armor. The krogan reigned over Omega undisputed for a time until around the 1980s CE, when Aria T'Loak, once one of his most trusted lieutenants, defeated him in single combat and usurped him.
Can I still make a CC later today? I didn't get alerts for the last three pages and have had to catch up.
