I imagine all faction will have a lot of generic aestetic version, and a pair of special complete armor for the sub faction.
Hopefully my Marine-character can look somewhat like they do in the older art-style. Some people depict them as some kind of walking hill of muscle and Ceramite and it makes me sad. So, I'd aim for this look:
Ultras are ancient grecian (logistics), bangles are classic italian/space vampires, wolves are space viking and everything has to be wolfsomething, DA are legion building traitors based on knights of olde/native american depending
That's true and from "The Emperor's Gift" ‘You… You walked in the Age of the Emperor?’ Bjorn made the gear-grinding chuckle again. ‘Walked, ran, pissed and killed. I did it all. I met the Allfather, you know. Fought at his side more than once. I do believe he liked me.’

Now, I know this world could very well be a newly conquered planet for the Imperium and as such, the locals' architecture would obviously NOT be Blood Angel. However, considering EzekyleV's comparisons, I would imagine the Blood Angel Architecture to be of a "Victorian" style. Blood Angels are known for the appreciation of the Aesthetics so I think Victorian would suit them nicely.
All Space Marines are essentially warrior-monks clad in the greatest armour the Imperium can afford for them.
