The different fire modes was for Boltguns, not Heavy Bolters. Heavy Bolters fire a Burst of three rounds, or on Full-Auto. I don't believe they have Single-Fire modes.
Although it looks cool.. Its missing a few features, the chest should be quite a bit wider, their abdomen is quite long, his body needs to be relatively larger. uh it sounds very weird to talk about proportions then say how this ones isnt done right. Need some reference.
I agree with CupcakeUnleashed that the Fan Art has incorrect Proportions. The Chest, from shoulder to shoulder, should be as wide as the hips. But the fan art has the mid-shoulder at that point, so its too narrow. Between waist and breastbone there should Six Abdominal muscles, the fan art can fit Eight (heresy! Think about it...) plus that extra muscle should be below the waist. This lead to an extra long lumbar/stomach region, and causes the head to look disproportionately small. The thighs muscles are too big, whilst the calf muscles are too small. As for the armour in the fan art, I can sum it up in one to two words. Wrong! So wrong!
Shoulder width is actually alright, its just the look of the armor that makes it kind of stuff up, infact, the shoulders should go out a little bit further. The extra 2 muscles or the 7th and 8th are actually part of the lower 'extra waist muscle', depending on how you work out, the top part may show more than the rest of it, giving it the 8 packish look, although you can only have 6. This is what the fanart is based on, its good proportions for a muscly human, but not a space marine.
AND that means...? Not everything has the same priority in updates. A clunky looking backpack is laughably low in getting the game to work
