Mars Pattern. The Mars Pattern Sentinel is the basic Sentinel used throughout the Imperium originating from the Forge World of Mars. It is an open-topped vehicle armed with a Multi-laser, making it effective against infantry and light vehicles. http://wh40k.lexicanum.com/wiki/Sentinel#Mars
Once you got it ready, just assume you got already recruited and jump into the action, perhaps you were already a common member on the ship and want to prove yourself so you just persuaded fellow crew members to deploy you along with Thanatos new special team or so.
Player name: Vanestus Character name: Garth Toren Type: Sentinel Pilot Former Allegiance: Imperial Guard Patron God (if any): None Equipment: Flak Armor Autopistol Las Rifle Mars Pattern Sentinel
Go go go! As said, just assume you already had been a member on Thanatos' crew or something if you like. Just make sure to go with the rest of the deployment team. Also you can have a Las Rifle or Autogun at least - just in case your sentinel should break and the mechanics of the team (@Vulpas & @Maleth ) don't feel like fixing it
We might fix it..... For the small fee of your allegiance On a plot related note, it's starting to smell like the overall plot of the Marvel films..... Would not be surprised if the team ended up fighting the 40k equivalent of the Avengers
I was indeed inspired by the cartoon (which is much better than the movies since the characters come much better through) 'Avengers Assemble' and how everything went down there with Thanos. They got the show on Netflix and believe me it is sooooo much better than the movies at the moment, because one issue I have is that well... Avengers 2 Age of Ultron disappointed me sooooo much. Y U force relatioships in movies?! And then frking Hulk / Dr. Bruce Banner and Black Widow - yeeees sure, why not. Go ahead, ruin it all... The only thing I got to criticize about the cartoon is that Hulk is Hulk, not so much Bruce Banner ; and the only char who comes in the movies close to his cartoon counterpart is Robert Downey Jr. as Iron Man / Tony Stark. Even Captain America (I had seen Winter Soldier and that disappointed me too, especially with that Falcon / Sam Wilson they had, omg, so wrong <.<) comes not very close to his animated counterpart. Not to forget Thor who never wears his helmet in the movies just because the movie makers want the girls to fanboy over Hemsworth's super blondie-locks hair. (Same with Loki in the movies and him like never wearing his helmet) yeah those things are only totally iconic and what not, just leave em off, suuuure. #RantOver #Sorry #WeAreGoingTotallyThanosStyle #WhyYouThinkTheGuysNameIsThanatos
