So, not entirely new, but I've been lurking around here and there for about two months. Hello all, I mostly go by Zophiel, Zoph or OrigamiRed/Invictus by my fellow Steam Early Access players.

I'm a long time follower of this game, learning about it back when it was a simple kickstarter. As someone who fell in love with WH40K relatively early compared to most others, this was something that really got me excited. Now that the game is in Closed Alpha and I've had some time to play a few hours, I must say that I am in love with how this game feels and the mechanics of melee. (Taking down a raptor spamming fast attack with a well-timed bash attack is such a good feeling)

Mostly sticking to Space Marines, but I plan on trying each race before choosing. I am really interested on how they will portray the Orks and the enigmatic Eldar, so the next coming months will be really exciting! See you guys on Arkhona!

Oh, it does. It is even worse, because the melee system as is, is impacted by latency/ping. The DBash will often not do its job and sometimes I wake up in the night, sweaty, because I dreamt of fast-spam.

But I am sorry, I did not mean to spam your introduction thread.
