Yeah, look at the failure that was the Segmentum Pacificus campa-

    Oh.

    Oh wait.

A quarter of the imperium is dead.

Taking all bets on how long until chaos runs back into the eye of terror like little girly guardsmen!!

At this point running is kind of redundant, since that entire section of the Imperiums an irrecoverable daemonic empire.

Could just kind of.lounge around there, or one of the other warpstorms we opened up. Like the Maelstorm that's just kind of eaten that region of space entirely.

Wait. Are Chaos factions uniting with LSM factions in order to shove millions of severed Cadian legs with boots on, up Abbadon's arse? Can we get this on paper view? Now that the Deamon-Primarchs are back, Abbadon can finally go back to being a witless tool to be exploited by his betters.

    No
The imperium would never fight alongside chaos. The probability of that happening is just too low not to mention it's downright heretical.

BUT rebellions and changes in power are extremely common within chaos warbands. So yeah, I would believe that abbadon might get a little rebellion within his faction.

and on a side note, Failbaddon would not stand a chance against ANY single deamon primarch. He's powerful but not THAT powerful.

You just suck the fun out of things. There is so much win win with this arrangement.

Also. I believe I may make a 7e 40k army list with a formation of Iron Warriors and a formation of Dark Angels just to prove your statement false :D

Imperium forces and Chaos do in fact work together from time to time. Even if the Imperials are too foolish to realize what's going on.

Only around 100k XP to go till rank 6...

Its a shame the experience of playing LSM is so soured, considering how fun the Apothecary is as a class.
Still, as painful as it might be to come to terms, its the community that the LSM need to fix, they are not the bastard child of balance in my eyes, as someone who has played them for a decent time even back when it was only CSM vs LSM.

Only on SM have i experienced so many people not giving a damn to listen to any order or advice. Everyone runs around where they please, if you dont call out things in chat or call out points the chat is literally silent and noone seems to bother to contribute to logistics. Not really going to number all the creative insults people conjured up for someone who tells them which point is supposed to be defended/capped either. My favorite experience was, happened like a few times, where i pop a single pistol round in the back of an ally to get their attention so i can actually heal their sorry ass, and they just nuke me to downed state and leave me for dead. Thats being grateful for Apothecaries even bothering with your half dead ass running into certain death i suppose.

That being said, when the rare occurrence happens and vets are in a match (or pugs who care to listen) it can get quite fun and enjoyable to play LSM. The amount of work a good LSM team can do can be fun to experience, so many nice synergies. I hope the guilds do spend more time bringing up the faction from the ashes that the first campaign left them in, want them to be a genuine threat next time around.

Actually in the Beast Arises there is, hilariously, a moment where Iron Warriors tag team with Black Templars to kill Orks despite having an absurd amount of hatred for each other.

Chaos is horrifying, but humans are still humans. Many members of either faction would prefer the other over a galaxy consumed by Xenos filth.

Looks like I'm a little late to this heresy.

I play the three factions I like in the game lore. LSM, CSM & Ork. I will always be LSM first and foremost. In the campaign I put in 18 victories on LSM, compared to 10 on CSM & 11 on Ork. Why 11? Because I miscounted, unintentionally being true to Ork roleplay.

I would have added more to the LSM tally, but I don't have infinite time to play. Later on in the week all I was finding was a lot of late matches backfilled to an already decided 3 cap loss (thanks, but no thanks to quitters) OR match starts with mostly low level LSM randoms versus a clan stack group of max rank players. I don't mind the odd clan stack now and then, but I see it more as an admission of lack of skill than a demonstration of awesome play.

I did not choose to fight alone though all too often I had to, if that point means essential time and no-one else comes despite pleas for help I will still be there. There's only so much I can do on my own against multiple attackers. Kill a couple and delay the rest if I get the drop on them, generally tie up their players as long as I can. Or, as I did in one match, down the same guy five times as two sorcerers keep rezzing him. The high point of an otherwise terrible match.

I'm just an eternal random, usually Tactical, and I will continue to play LSM first. If you're in a LSM clan and you all feel you must jump ship, you and your buddies won't be missed from our ranks. Be sure to keep holding hands on the other side though, I wouldn't want to waste a mag when one frag will do.
  10. If you want to become a good player, you have to queue up for LSM. While on other factions, your teammates may compensate for some of your mistakes, as LSM you even have to predict the mistakes of your allies. If you survive that hell and even master it, boy you become one bad motherhopper...

What shall i say, i hope LSM get back on their feet. Maybe some new, improved tutorials or ways to make synergy easier between Pugs. Things like Voicechat would help for example. Apothecarys who can tell their teammates to friggin stop, so they can heal them and things like that.

I don't want to feel bad for slaying loyalists.
I mean, Khorne allready told me he don't want any more of them noob-skulls, since we fill his throne-bed with those, he starts to hear voices, mumbling things like "CHEESE MARINES" or "AC OP!" or "DELETE ELDAR" no wonder he is even more angry than usual... :(
