Are you joking right now? Apothecary is the best healer in the game. My apothecary is far, far better than my sorcerer. It's not even close.
Then you're a bad sorcerer, the added utility and ability to stay well away from your patients more than make up for bolters. It's also cheaper to equip a sorcerer to do their job, so more points to play with in your loadout.
The sorceror can only choose one method of healing however, and any of those 3 spells has its own pros and cons when compared to near-instant narthecium and throwable aoe heals that last much longer than sorc aoe ever can. And thats not even to mention that the apothecary can equip muh bolter. Im of the opinion that the apoth is better in defensive situations, supporting devs in entrenched positions and such, while the sorc is better in an offensive healer role, keeping traitors in the fight without having to expose himself.
Narcs require people to stand still, you forget how debilitatingly autistic most of the LSM playerbase is. On top of which you can heal people in some cases faster than an Apothecary can, so we can't sustain the fight. We can just heal up burst damage.
What we need is for LSM to STFU about what their needs are. So we can spend development money on the ACTUAL FUCKING GAME instead of just 1 faction.
Excuse me for a moment. HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA. If you think Apothecaries with bolters are worse than Sorcs or Locks then maybe you're a bad Apoth.
Given that LSM have the current best healer in the game, bar none, speaks volumes as to why you think LSM need more new stuff.
Apart from salty comparisons of "muh heala da weakest", we don't even know if a Librarian (should it ever be added to the game) would even be able to heal. It would make just as much sense to have an elite Librarian without any healing abilities.
