Why do you think Eldar and Orks are doing so good? It's because we got used to having nothing and relying on team work to get stuff done. Now that our tools actually work we can really get the ball rolling.
I've been forced to main LSM, since my friend whom I've dragooned into playing EC will only play space marines. Having spent so much time previously playing as Eldar: yes, the LSM players run around like headless chickens. It's shameful. I'm not comparing weapons or playstyles, just general competence. Eldar and Chaos play like fucking special forces compared to LSM. Orks are apparently RPing hardcore, because they seem totally disorganized. Good on them?
No thats not whats happening here. Eldar are just plain easymode closely followed by CSM who are running neck and neck with Ork. I know this because of two reasons: I've run through countless under powered and over powered builds. I did well on the under powered ones *mostly* I did stupidly well on the over powered ones and I'm not arrogant enough to believe that it was just me that was ripping entire rooms to shreds in those better builds. Its the same for when I was testing all other factions. I did *mostly* well on under powered factions, stupidly well when they where over powered. This "I have better team work because I chose X faction" is the most stupidest argument I have ever seen on this forum, it has been attempted countless times and always ended with extreme derp. Just dont.
Okay tell me the exactly how and where are LSM UP and what could be done to fix them. Because i have heard alot of whining but not yet seen a single hard number and I know you're one of the more level headed forum goers.
A lot of players believe that tacticals are throw away classes, only used because they're the only class for lsm able to cap points, and they're right, what the tactical can do AI wise, the apoth does much better.
BTW this is before Eldar and Orks were buffed. Eldar, atm are the highest performing faction with chaos competing against them for first place, and Orks competing with Chaos for second. The only faction Lsm has a foothold against, would be the Ork faction, but with the recent increase in base hp for Orks, they're now lagging behind.
Not at all, he isn't being rude, or ignorant at all. He is stating things I see in typically every game I play as LSM. He is 100% right. A few games ago, I actually died MORE to my own team from TK then the enemy. As a melee player I am under constant fire from my own team constantly who refuse to either aim properly or NOT fire at all. Team work is almost never there ( aside from the guild I'm in ) getting an apoth to heal you can be borderline impossible even spamming v 1 1, standing next to them and even d-bashing them to get their attention. Communication is non existent, and the PC/grenade spam which kills more friendlies then enemies is rampant. I could go on and on, and this is from a player who exclusively plays LSM, so yes he is very right, LSM do need to get good but that doesn't mean they aren't still the weakest along with orks in terms of by the sheet, balancing.
And to top off this SHITFEST. LSM haven't been bitching and complaining as much compared to the other factions, IT TOOK AN ORK PLAYER TO POINT IT OUT.
