Hmm. Well, you're generalizing quite a bit for both sides here. For one, I actually do know quite a bit of Eldar. I talk to many on a regular basis. I listen to the suggestions and the opinions. I hear the new guys say the PF is still OP. I hear my old guard laugh at the shenanigans and horrible zerg rush tactics of LSMs running across an open field into our DR and Vehicle guns. But if you don't need my help, don't try to impede my suggestions to new players. Ignore it. The LSMs really does have a large and very new playerbase. Their Bolters really aren't bad weapons, but they're battle rifles, not assault weapons. You can't play with it the same way you could in SM (im disappointed too) but the SMs have seriously powerful tactics they simply do not use and that's not entirely the devs fault.

I deleted my post, cause it was already mentioned above me. But yeah, DLCs ARE microtransactions. If you look at things you can pay for in EC, like appereances, those are too microtransactions. Not necessary "but are there things".
God forbid a game that plans to never charge us for new content(save maybe a new faction) makes money somehow after the initial sale

Jesus man, your salt level is over 9000. There is DEFINITELY things to improve on LSM play. You guys frequently do not use vehicles right, you have unfilled squads(I can tell because only 3-4 people ever get out of one Rhino), you're not using enough Tacticals/Apoths/Shieldbros. As you are, I'm assuming, a "Veteran" LSM player, it's up to you and others like you to educate your new brothers. I do it on Orks ALL THE TIME. Seriously, almost every game I'm yelling: COMBINE THE SQUADS DON'T LET THEM TAKE X POINT FOR TIME FILL UP THE TANK WE NEED TO KILL VEHICLES
Put it to you this way, how many people were like, "oh hey thanks!". Compared to how many people instead was just argumentative with you. If the former was more prevalent, then I'm wrong and retract my statement. If the latter, which I believe to be true, then there you go. LSM probably doesn't want to hear advice from an Eldar main, especially one who, and let's be truthful, didn't think the "LSM needs buffs" issue was exactly as large as it really is.
There is a difference between using a shieldbro to hunt people baiting you, and doing a proper use of the incredible defensive and pushing asset a shielbro is, just sayin'. The crazy amount of people lone-wolfing their way as GA is insane, those guys are literally of 0 help for their team, and if they wanted to play alone, those guys could at least pick a Tac or a JPA so they can do something for their team even if they play their own game. Also this marvellous shield isn't working only against the Eldar, it's crazy good at stopping anything if it's what you're trying to do. Seriously dude, having that big shield tanker and complaining CP are indoors? Just block these fucking entrances with shieldbros when you defend. Or have the shieldbros open a massive breach by rushing at several at a time in a room all with shield raised if you attack. Crazy stuff, don't ask me why, but this kind of thing is usually what makes the difference between a won game, and a lost game for LSM, but really I wonder why, doing such things must have 0 impact on the pace of the game. I guess it's all just about individual "git gud" and luck. Now let's look at another shiedbro pattern, throw me the stone here, but the most common one tbh : "Hey I'll run after you with my shield to initiate a duel during 15+ seconds because all I do is pressing lock-on and sometimes a RMB tap so I can't kill you because you can Dbash my RMB tap, but you can't kill me because my shield is better than your weapon and if you start running away I'll RMB spam your back to death" That's not good for the team, but it's still the most common way a shieldbro is played from what I see.
I am pretty ok with EC, this game will/has/I hope will get enough new content after some time. Thats what it is mostly about it and why hateful reviews are out of place. Only thing that I am really tired of are those Eldar appereance things, but we were informed they are not done. You misunderstood what I said.
