The Lootas may have a separate inventory. Orks Lootas (or whoever else) could own the Loot of enemy vehicles and Upgrade of their own Trukks with simple notifications and key-presses.

Deathskulls, however, can own enemy vehicles and 'Ork it up!'. Am i right? :O

I think the Looted Russ, while iconic due to DoW, may want to be forgone in favor of heavily orkified Predators, Battle Wagons, and other Ork constructs, if only to look more like the Orks are really looting the battlefield and using the enemies own shattered vehicles against them.
