Hey, at it's prime the IoM had tech to rival the Eldar easily, the Emperor was building a jailbroken backdoor to the Webway. Not much is left of it but it was there. The angle you're working off from is that the Eldar are too snooty-tooty to use another races' dakka because it seems too crude, huh? Well I guess that's true to some degree, Eldar are know for their arrogance after all (don't expect the Orkz not to blast away with jerry-rigged dakka though).
That's exactly what I meant, I'm an Eldar player but it can't be avoided that they are "snooty-tooty" xD.
