Soo, for a long time I was looking for a name for my Biel-Tan character. Names I have reserved in character slots so far are: Deathstrike (Iyanden) Tempest (Altansar) Fireborn (Saim-Hann) Warsinger (Ulthwe) These are already approved by myself. You can also see which type of names I prefer. They are more like warrior names (shrine names?) than actual Eldar names. I already reserved two chracter slots with the following names: Avenger (as I want to play the Dire Avengers class a lot with my Biel-Tan character; also Eldar definitely have a lot to avenge). Somehow this reminds me a lot of the American costumed superheroes of the same name. I don't want to be mistaken for a fan of those. I am not into costumed superheroes. So I am torn about this one. Biel-Tanian (I like having my Craftworld in my name; I think it also fits with the fanatical, almost crusading attitude of Biel-Tan towards war against its enemies). This cannot be mistaken. Actually it is pretty big-mouthed, as if said character was the archetype of a Biel-Tan Eldar warrior. Again I am torn about this one. What do you think? Maybe you can give me some ideas for other names.
I'd usually go with names from some obscure mythology, or plainly invented. If you want a direct meaning then maybe: Dawnblade Harbinger Woetaker Resurgent Dawnbringer (my surname in Guild Wars, heh) Heartthrust Swiftsmite I could go on, just what are you looking for?
I like using famous historical figures (all my WoW toons are greek philosophers), maybe look in to some historical culture you are particularly interested in and pull a name from there
I'd say just enter a bunch of words like Silent, Death and Blade into a generator, mix 'em up a bit and see what you get haha. Also i like the name Hasselqvist.

I made mine after a Tonkawa chieftan, Hashukanah. There was a pretty famous Comanche chief he fought named Iron Jacket, but his name in Comanche is kind of unwieldy (Pohebits-quasho). He did lead a band of Comanche called the Quahadi. Quahadi sounds like a pretty good Eldar name. Quahadi means "Antelope-Eater".
